No medical advice
This website deals with regulatory procedures, not with treating patients. For your therapy, for stopping a medicine or for symptoms, speak to your doctor or your pharmacy. In a life threatening emergency call 144, and for poisoning call Tox Info Suisse on 145.
Scope
The information relates to Switzerland, and to Liechtenstein where therapeutic products law is applied jointly. It is prepared carefully but does not replace an assessment of your specific case. Responsibility for a decision on an authorisation, a report or a measure always rests with the responsible person in your company or with the authority.
Currency
Therapeutic products law changes. Deadlines, forms, portals and responsibilities are adjusted continuously. We review the content at least annually and whenever a legal change becomes apparent, and we show the review date on every page. For any decision that turns on a deadline, also check the original source we link to.
Independence
This information portal is operated by Nico Jaroszewski in Winterthur. It presents public sources and is not affiliated with an authority. It receives business enquiries; an external provider’s qualifications and services must be checked and agreed separately.
Commercial interest, stated openly
This portal has a commercial purpose: it receives business enquiries and may introduce enquirers to external providers by separate agreement. It does not itself provide pharmacovigilance services. A listing or introduction is not a guarantee of suitability or an endorsement by an authority.
External links
We link to authority sources and to statutory texts. The operators of linked pages are solely responsible for their content. No unlawful content was apparent when the link was created. Continuous monitoring of third party pages cannot reasonably be expected.
Liability
The operator is not liable for damage arising from the use or non-use of the information provided, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. The same applies to the technical availability of the website.
